The mailbag has gotten behind...at this point it will not be possible to respond to everyone who has mailed (particularly those who mailed when the account was full), but I do appreciate hearing from readers. The Forbidden Library is working on a method that will make it easier to post responses. In the meantime, my apologies to those who have been disappointed by a lack of reply.
